This is an indoor festival which will have continual live music from 12 - 6 pm and it will be run like an outdoor event.

When you arrive at the venue you will exchange your ticket for a pass this will allow you to come and go when it pleases you. Watch the act you have come to see then leave and wander around town or stroll down the promenade, even go for a swim in the on-site Pool next door. Then return to watch another act. There will be cabaret seating at the venue and there is a Bar serving alcoholic beverages,  beer, wine, liquor, cocktails, and other beverages such as mineral water and soft drinks tea coffee and food Sandwiches crisps cakes peanuts sweets etc. for consumption on premises. Beer and food are priced as in normal Pubs and cafes.

Venue Cymru is no more than 1/2 a mile (1 Kilometre) from major retailers stores: Primark -

Debenhams  -ASDA M&S etc

Make a weekend of it: Llandudno has over 300 Hotels and B&Bs and most have off-season deals in February.

Terms and Conditions of sale

 

The minimum age for admission is 8 years.

Children 13 years and below must be accompanied by a person over 25 years.

 

The following terms and conditions apply to TVWales Events

 

No tickets will be exchanged or monies refunded.

Tickets can only be refunded in the event that the performance is cancelled.

In the event of a cancelled performance, TVWales will not be liable for additional travel or accommodation expenses.

 

Reselling  tickets for profit or commercial gain makes it void.

Please check carefully the , date and time printed on your ticket as mistakes cannot always be rectified after the booking has been confirmed.

 

The management reserves the right to amend the programme or artistes without notice. In these instances TVWales is not obliged to refund the ticket or exchange for another performance.

 

 

Management reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder permission to the premises.

 

Cameras, recording devices are not permitted

Glasses and crockery are not permitted.

 

Tickets for unreserved events cannot be re-issued if lost.  Performance or public areas may be filmed, sound recorded or photographed.

Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming, sound recording and/or photography of yourself as a member of the audience and possible subsequent broadcasts/publication.

 

Please be aware that for your own safety, and the enjoyment of all of our patrons we do have bag searches in operation at some of our shows.

Any alcohol not purchased on the premises will be confiscated.

Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs and gunshots are sometimes used in productions.
